2. Important Notice: No Attorney-Client Relationship
Submitting information through our contact form or otherwise contacting us through the Site does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and MGM Law, P.A. An attorney-client relationship is formed only when we have agreed to represent you, typically through a signed engagement agreement. Until that happens, please do not send us confidential or sensitive details about your family law matter through the contact form. Information you submit before an attorney-client relationship is established may not be treated as confidential or privileged.
3. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly. When you submit our contact form to ask a question or request more information, we collect the information you enter, which may include your name, email address, and message. If you sign up for our newsletter, we collect your email address for that purpose.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our Site may automatically log limited technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited. This is used for basic security and understanding how the Site is used.
We do not knowingly collect payment information through this Site, as we do not process payments online.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
Respond to your inquiries about divorce, parenting and timesharing, child support, and other family law matters; send newsletter updates to those who sign up, with the option to unsubscribe at any time; maintain the security of our Site; and improve our Site and services.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use contact form submissions for unrelated marketing or advertising purposes.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share limited information with trusted service providers who help us operate the Site and respond to inquiries, including our web hosting provider, our email and newsletter provider, and our email service, used to receive and respond to messages sent through the contact form.
Our Site also embeds Google Maps to show our office location and links to our professional profile on Avvo. These features are provided by third parties and may involve your browser communicating directly with their servers, subject to their own privacy practices.
